Why XEcycle

Model-specific, not "universal"

A universal mount fits everything badly. Every XEcycle part is designed around one helmet or one seatpost profile, which is why it seats flush, doesn't rotate, and puts your light or camera at the right angle without shims or guesswork. If your model is on the label, it fits.

Test-fitted by hand

Every part is printed in small batches, inspected, and test-fitted on the real component before it's packed. Slower than mass production — but it's why we can say "it fits" and mean it.

The right material

We print in TPU — a flexible engineering plastic that absorbs impact instead of shattering, and grips carbon without needing crushing clamp force. It's harder to print well than the rigid plastics most 3D-printed parts use. It's also the right choice for something attached to a helmet or a carbon post.

A human answers the email

No ticket queue, no chatbot. Fitment question, order problem, a model we don't support yet — email support@xecycle.shop and a real person replies within 1–2 business days. If we don't know whether a part fits your setup, we'll say so instead of guessing.

Honest about what these are

Our parts are aftermarket accessories. They aren't endorsed by your helmet or bike manufacturer, and we won't pretend otherwise — the safety rules that matter are spelled out plainly in our Terms of Service. What we promise: it fits the model on the label, it never requires modifying your helmet, and if it fails, we make it right.
